Spiritual Outreach in Cayes and Ravine Normande in Haiti

The purpose of the Spiritual Outreach in Haiti by Jean-Joseph Darbouze Foundation (JJDF) is to share the teachings and principles of Jesus Christ in rural communities. In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus states, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you and surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

According to God’s Word, our spiritual mission operates out of the following beliefs:

  • The good news of Christ’s Kingdom is for everyone
  • It’s not about denominations or creeds, but Christ only
  • Pure religion includes taking care of orphans, widows, the sick and the oppressed

In conjunction with these principles, JJDF has been conducting the following activities:

  • Lecturing and teaching in the Jean-Joseph Darbouze Academy the principles, ethics and message espoused by Jesus Christ
  • Organizing summer revival in Arniquet and Ravine Normande with local and international churches.
  • Providing humanitarian aid, including medical and dental assistance where health care is inadequate
  • Composing, translating and distributing materials that promote the teachings of Jesus Christ
  • Providing financial support to new prayer groups in Ravine Normande

The Jean-Joseph Darbouze Foundation embraces the teaching of the founder’s late father who, in his lifetime, had made it his mission for many years to touch the hearts of people in Haiti with the message of Christ.
